The provision of strategic competition law advice is core to our practice. Our team advises companies on the entire gamut of competition law, both at Belgian and European levels.

Our client base is diverse. We represent international clients before the Belgian Competition Authority, the European Commission and the relevant Courts in the context of merger notifications, investigations and litigation proceedings.

The practice covers the full range of competition issues: risk analysis, compliance audits, advice on distribution and cooperation agreements, defense in competition investigations, merger control, dominance related matters and representation before competent courts.

We also assist our clients with their acquisition projects by assessing concentration and regulatory risk (pertaining to e.g., FDI screening) and also provide legal advice for merger arbitrageurs.
